Week 5 Day 1
This week is actually a student led week. But because the student is not yet prepared for this... Mr Rick gave us an example of how it is supposed to be done.
Mr Rick gave us a task to make a battlefield landscape.
this landscape have to describe everything that happen in one of the war that has ever happened in this world.
In addition to the landscape we also need to make a 200 word essay.
We have been given only one week to do this landscape.
So our group is deciding on who should do what.
And finally we decide that the boys will be the one who make the weapons and the girls will be making the landscape.
Some of our problems is that Mr. Rick want it to be realistic as possible, so we are trying to make it realistic as well.
So.. it's time we get busy
2. Critical thinking: was there a discussion? BHQ's? Give an analysis and evaluation; compare and contrast the scenario and find evidence of it happening elsewhere? Demonstrates analysis and evaluation.
3. What was done, who did it and how was it assessed?
4. How was the team performance? What can be done to improve (how are we implementing Kaizen daily)

1. What was the topic of the day and what important parts were learned? Demonstrate understanding and application.
For this week, we had to do our project. It is going to be submitted on the same week. The project is about World War 1, we were asked to make a model scenario about the World War 1. This project has a big point in our grade book and we need to finish it in the span of one whole week. We have to make an essay too for this project, explaining the model that we have made.
2. Critical thinking: was there a discussion? BHQ's? Give an analysis and evaluation; compare and contrast the scenario and find evidence of it happening elsewhere? Demonstrates analysis and evaluation.
There was a discussion regarding the project that we made. We had to discuss about the model and how do we want to do it, what materials we have to use, and most importantly, what war do we want to make a model out of. This was done on this day, the essay however, it wasn’t done yet. One of our team members has to make it.
3. What was done, who did it and how was it assessed?
We discussed though out the whole hour, regarding the model scale and the way we want it to be. We had to discuss the venue of the project and we had decided to make a war ground with Russia VS France. From the war in WW1. We argued about what we wanted to make as a team and the format of the essay too.
4. How was the team performance? What can be done to improve (how are we implementing Kaizen daily)
The team performance was okay. We discussed within a few minutes, not like usual where it takes about 10 minutes or so. We manage to discuss calmly and take in each others opinion on what they think should do for the project and/ essay. As conclusion, the team performance is slowly increasing day by day and I feel that by the time the semester ends, we will have good team co-operations.
