week 8 day 1
1. What was the topic of the day and what important parts were learned? Demonstrate understanding and application.
The topic that we learned was very specific, regarding the world war 2 and Hitler. We were ask to understand and answer the question ''Was Germany at guilt for the war?" What we have answered as a team was as the following :
"No, Germany wasn't the only one to blame for the war. Other countries also caused the war, but since france and other countries seek revenge towards Germany, they've all decided to put the blame on Germany and force them to pay a large amount of money for the damages that 'Germany' had caused."
2. Critical thinking: was there a discussion? BHQ's? Give an analysis and evaluation; compare and contrast the scenario and find evidence of it happening elsewhere? Demonstrates analysis and evaluation.
At first, each team member has their own understanding to the question given. Some say that Germany was the cause of the war, and another said that other countries are to blame. We, as a team, decided to make a simple note, putting out all the fault Germany did and the fault that the other country did and see which one has the most faults. Turns out, after numerous time of debate, we have agreed that other countries AND Germany was the one to blame for the war (See what we have answered above)
3. What was done, who did it and how was it assessed?
We made some notes, regarding who started the war, between Germany and other countries. We debated for a while about the answer to the question, "was Germany at guilt for the war?" and each of us had different thinking to what the answer is. In the end, we decided on one answer that we have agreed on based on the notes.
4. How was the team performance? What can be done to improve (how are we implementing Kaizen daily).
For this day, we did not cooperate as a team well enough. The team performance this day was poor and it needs to be changed for the better. Our team have had its ups and downs and probably, this was the most poor team performance through out all the history class.
To improve, we can have a calm debate about the topic or any question given and we can all reach for a solution to the problem together as one.
This is one of the pictures of us researching the question given, before we were debating
