WEEK 8 DAY 2
1. What was the topic of the day and what important parts were learned? Demonstrate understanding and application.
For this day of the week, basically we did the same thing, answering the question "Was Germany at guilt for the war?". We had to research more about the question to reach to an answer as a team. On the class two days ago (class 1) we actually answered the question. But we were told to answer it again, with a deeper understanding and thinking skill. We were asked to put sources and informations regarding the question given.
2. Critical thinking: was there a discussion? BHQ's? Give an analysis and evaluation; compare and contrast the scenario and find evidence of it happening elsewhere? Demonstrates analysis and evaluation.
There was a small debate, not as large as the debate that we had before, we discussed what Germany did in the WW1 and what each and every other country that was involved in the war did. In the end, we have reached to the same conclusion that Germany wasn't the only country who was at fault, but that the other countries seeks revenge for what Germany did to their country, in result, Germany has to reduce their army, and pay lots of debts.
3. What was done, who did it and how was it assessed?
We discussed the question as a team. Like with class one, we made notes, research on the internet and on our books regarding the question so that we can put more informations and sources, to help out our answer so that more will agree. We had to argue and discuss for about 5 minutes or less since we have had the same discussion 2 days ago.
4. How was the team performance? What can be done to improve (how are we implementing Kaizen daily).
The team performance was better than the one we had on class 1. Our team performance is slowly improving day by day, weather its in history class or not. We can debate calmly and we take in each others opinion regarding the question or the information given. What we can do more to improve is probably just hearing other peoples comment or opinion without talking back, then we can work it out for a solution.

This picture shows us doing the research in our computers, to find out informations and sources for the answer to the question
